Ordering
When you place an order, you will get an email confirming we have received it. The contract is made when we email you to say it has shipped.
We may cancel an order if a shoe is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we do, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any duties for the countries we ship to. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns
You can return any pair within 60 days of delivery, worn or not, for a refund to your original payment method.
Resoling
Our resole service is for Court 78. If a pair cannot be resoled safely, we send it back free of charge and refund the fee.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
